Rick Zanotti
President & Founder

With over 35 years of experience in IT and Learning, Rick is an entrepreneur, instructional designer, multimedia author, voice-over talent, video producer, podcaster and Management consultant.

Prior to RELATE, Rick was a Vice-president of Information System, Director of IT, Systems Analyst and Sr. Project Leader for companies like LFP, Marsh & McLennan, Day Runner and Citibank NA.

Rick is also an internationally known martial artist and author. He has taught police, military personnel and many students in several countries.

Rick studied Engineering and Business Administration with a minor in Information Systems.

Rick & Leslie have been married over 26 years and have one married daughter and two dogs. Rick, born in Buenos Aires, Argentina,  is also fully bilingual in Spanish.

Leslie Zanotti
Vice-president

With a 30+ years of experience in Systems Programming and eLearning development, Leslie is responsible for Quality Control and also manages eLearning development projects.

Leslie is a real proponent of mobile learning and has developed Apple iPhone, iPad and Android apps.

She has worked with many Learning Management Systems including Plateau, SABA, Outstart, Learn.com, Litmos, GeoLearning and others.

Prior to joining RELATE, she worked as a systems programmer and trainer at Teradata/NCR, Candle Corporation, Western Airlines and Cadam, Inc. Applications included Airline Reservations systems, CAD/CAM database management, Tape management and deployments.

Leslie has a degree in Music with a specialty in voice. She's been married to Rick as long as he's been to her, has the same daughter and dogs and is an avid fan of Asian epic dramas.
