Founded in 1984, RELATE’s focus was, and remains, to provide Business solutions that make sense for your particular needs.
Originally
an implementer of ERP (Financial and Distribution) systems, in 1995 we
became a top provider of e-Learning and training solutions. Our
extensive Business background helped us create training that worked and
improves bottom-line profits.
Throughout
the years, we’ve had excellent relationships with some of the top
software providers including Adobe, Pathlore, Outstart, Trivantis,
TechSmithand others. We are currently advisors to the Adobe Captivate
team and have influenced product features and development for the past
six years.

Rick Zanotti
President and Founder
Rick
has been working on providing world-class solutions to companies for
over 25 years. He is a well known writer, technologist and speaker. He
has given presentations at On-line Learning, WBT Producer, Interactive
98, dbEXPO as well as many user groups and seminars. Rick has
experience in senior IT management, ERP systems, HR, Training and all
aspects of media production. Rick has worked for Citibank, Marsh &
McLennan and Day Runner. Rick holds a Bachelor’s in Business
Administration with a minor in MIS.
Leslie Zanotti
Vice President, Operations
Coming
from a strong systems background in IT development, Leslie brings a
rare combination of talents to RELATE including quality assurance,
programming, operations and finances. She has worked for leading
development shops including Teradata, Candle, Cadam and Western
Airlines. Leslie has a bachelor’s in Music.
