Founded in 1984, as Zsoft Consulting, we incorporated in 1986, as RELATE Corporation.

Why "RELATE"?

Originally, we implemented relational database ERP and Financial systems, so we thought "RELATE" would fit the word "relational". But we also did Training and felt that "RELATE" had to do with "relationships" and customer service.

In 1984, we rapidly became a well known programming and implementation company. We worked with many database vendors including Progress Software, UniVerse, Pick OS, SQL Server and Oracle as well as PC-based databases like Revelation, dBase, rBase, Alpha Five and others.

Our customers included major Fortune 500 companies like Motorola, Frito-Lay, Marcam Software (division of IBM), Wayne-Dalton, Argen, Day Runner, and many others.

In 1995, we re-focused our entire efforts into eLearning and media development. In a very short time we became major resellers for Macromedia, Allen Communications, Aimtech, Asymetrix/Click-to-Learn, Pathlore and others.

In 2002, we joined eHelp's RoboDemo Advisory Board and are now on Adobe's Captivate Advisory Board and work closelyw ith the Adobe Engineering group involved with Adobe Captivate and the Adobe eLearning Suite.

We work with many media development tools including Adobe Captivate, Adobe Flash and Photoshop, Sony Vegas, Adobe Audition 3, Sony Sound Forge, Trivantis Lectora, Swish, Articulate Presenter, Adobe Presenter, Adobe Connect and many others.
